Grovia Tender is made by Webzworld. We build software products for Indian businesses and run them ourselves. This one exists because tendering rewards the few who know the process, and we thought that was fixable.

Here is the pattern we kept seeing. A fabricator in Pune, a systems integrator in Ahmedabad, a facility-management firm in Nagpur: each perfectly capable of delivering a government contract, each avoiding tenders. Not for lack of ability. Because the tender was 180 pages, the language was unfamiliar, and everyone had a story about a tender response thrown out over one missing affidavit.
The businesses that did take part usually paid someone to read the document, someone else to check eligibility, and a consultant to draft. Three people, a week, and still no certainty that the numbers were right.
Grovia Tender is our answer. You describe your company once. From then on the software reads each tender the way a careful proposal manager would, checks every condition against your actual documents, tells you plainly whether you qualify and whether it is worth your time, and prepares the paperwork from your own facts. You review, you approve the price, you submit on the portal. It never does those last three for you, and it never will.

Written for the first-timer
Every screen has one obvious next step and every number has a sentence explaining it. If our own mothers could not follow it, it goes back to the drawing board.
Evidence or nothing
A condition is "met" only when a document proves it. The AI can read and write; it is not allowed to decide arithmetic or to invent a fact.
Your hand on the pen
No submissions, no signatures, no pricing without your approval. The rules live in the code, not in a settings page.
Read portals openly
Where we read public tender notices, we do it with our name on every request and a published policy you can hold us to.
Your data is yours
Each company’s documents are isolated and encrypted, never used to train models, never shown to another customer, and exported for you whenever you ask.
Answer the e-mail
We are small enough that the founder still reads support mail. That will change one day; the reply-within-a-working-day rule will not.
