Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Grovia Tender at groviatender.com and app.groviatender.com (the “Service”), provided by Webzworld (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

1. Who we are

Grovia Tender is operated by Webzworld, a sole proprietorship firm of Jitendra Desai. Our GSTIN is 27AHMPD3226G1ZK. Registered address: 1318, Navjivan Commercial Society, Lamington Road, Mumbai Central, Mumbai 400008, Maharashtra, India. Phone: +91-22-40041498 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST). Email: info@groviatender.com. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Webzworld.

2. The Service

Grovia Tender is subscription software that helps businesses find relevant tenders, assess eligibility, decide whether to pursue a tender, and prepare their tender response documents from the information and documents they provide. The Service does not submit anything, sign documents, or set prices on your behalf. Submission on any tender portal, signatures, pricing decisions and all commercial commitments are made by you.

3. What we never do

Grovia Tender is software. We are not a tender consultant, agent or representative, and we take no part in the procurement transaction itself.

• We never log in to any government e-procurement portal on your behalf.
• We never upload, submit or sign anything on a portal for you.
• We do not hold, collect or pay any tender-related money for you: no earnest money deposit (EMD), no tender fees, no security deposits and no contract payments.

You download the prepared documents and submit them yourself, on your own account, under your own digital signature. Any decision to pursue a tender, any price you quote and any document you submit are yours.

4. Accounts and organisations

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• An organisation’s Owner and Admins control who can access its data and with what role. Members act on behalf of the organisation.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the organisation you register.

5. Plans, fees and GST

• Plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
• Paid plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and do not renew automatically. You pay by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) or UPI against a payment request created in the app, quoting its reference and submitting the UTR. The plan activates within one working day after we verify the payment, and the tax invoice is e-mailed on activation. Pay only to the bank account shown in your payment request inside the app; we never change our bank details by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone.
• We do not collect or store card details. Payment proof screenshots and UTRs you submit are stored only to reconcile your payment.
• Pay-per-proposal charges are paid in the same way before the proposal workspace opens, and are non-refundable once the proposal workspace has opened.
• You may stop using a plan at any time; it is simply not renewed and remains active until the end of the paid period. All fees are final and non-refundable, except as set out in our refund and cancellation policy (duplicate payments, payments we cannot use, or discontinued service) or where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply to payment requests created after that date.
• When a prepaid period ends without a new payment, the organisation moves to the Free plan; we remind you before that happens. Data is retained subject to the privacy policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents, data and text you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to your organisation, and, unless an owner or admin switches it off in Settings → Organisation, to add to shared market data the bare award fact (buyer, winning company, winning amount, date) when you record a loss on a public catalogue tender, without identifying you, as described in section 4A of the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload Your Content, including tender documents obtained under portal or aggregator terms. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

7. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to read documents, assess eligibility and draft text. Output is generated from Your Content and the tender documents and is provided to assist, not replace, your judgement. Scores such as eligibility, fit and Win Potential are estimates, not guarantees of eligibility or success. You must review every draft, checklist, price and document before relying on it or submitting it. We are not responsible for the outcome of any tender, for rejection or disqualification, or for errors in documents you submit.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law, tender condition, or third party right, or to submit false or misleading information to any buyer.
• Do not attempt to access other organisations’ data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to use.
• Do not resell access to the Service except under a written agreement with us (tender consultants and agencies: contact us).

9. Tender data

Tender information from feeds and official sources is provided as received and may be incomplete, delayed or amended. Always verify dates, requirements and corrigenda on the official portal before you respond. Where we index public notice pages of government portals we do so openly under our portal reader policy, and we never log in to, download documents from, or act on your behalf on any portal.

10. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email according to your plan.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content (other than Your Content) belong to Webzworld and its licensors. Grovia, Grovia Tender and associated logos are trademarks of Webzworld.

12. Confidentiality and security

We keep Your Content confidential and protect it as described in the privacy policy and the security page. You must keep any non-public information about the Service confidential.

13. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, loss of a tender, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your breach of these terms, or your submissions to any buyer.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirement, with notice where practical. You may close your organisation, or request an export of your documents and proposals, at any time by e-mailing info@groviatender.com; we act within 2 working days. Data handling after closure is described in the privacy policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify account holders by email at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions. Before starting proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for 30 days.
